First, create a new page for your goal-tracking and habit-building:

Enter a relevant name to the database and hide the title if you don’t want to display it:

How to Add Goals and Habits in Notion?

In the goal tracker, add your goals and habits using the following steps.

Step 1: Enter the Days

In the database table, remove the irrelevant column and enter the name of the days in the first column:

You can specify the goals and habits according to your plan, such as daily, weekly, and monthly.

Step 2: Add a Checkbox

In the second column, click on the “+” button and search for the keyword “checkbox”. Click on the checkbox option to add it in the particular column:

Next, click on the “Icon” button to add a catchy and suitable icon to the habit:

You don’t need to repeat the whole process to add more habits. You can simply create a duplicate property of the existing habit property. For duplication;

  • Click on the “Property”.
  • Go to the “Duplicate property” and Click on it.

How to Add Habit’s Progress Bar in Notion?

Use these steps to add a progress bar graph to your habit tracker in Notion.

Step 1: Add “Formula” in Habit Property

Click on the add button (+), type the keyword “formula” and select the Formula option from the list:

To make it more catchy and professional, enter a suitable title, such as “progress” and Icon:

Step 3: Type Your Script in Notion Formula

Select the created “Progress property”, and type your script. For example, we have four columns: Walk, Water, Reading, and TV. Add them, divide by the total number (i.e. 4), then multiply and divide by 100, as shown below:
