Method 1: Using Server Profile to Change Nickname on Discord
Discord provides a facility to its users to use their nicknames on the servers. In case of changing or adding a Nickname to your Server follow the below-mentioned steps
Step 1: Open Discord
Open the “Discord” app from the “Startup” menu.
Step 2: Select Server
Now, select the server for which you want to change your Nickname. For instance, here we have selected “Zoha Hameed’s Server” which we are going to change its Nickname.
Step 3: Select Edit Server Profile
After you have clicked choose the server and click on the menu. A menu of options will appear. Now from there select “Edit Server Profile”.
Step 4: Change the Nickname
Now click on the Nickname box and enter the Nickname of your own desire. Here we have given the nickname “Unix hint” and then clicked on “Save Changes”.
Step 5: Select ESC
Congratulations! You have successfully changed your “Nickname”.
Method 2: Using Gear icon to Change Nickname on Discord
On Discord, you can also change your nickname by utilizing the gear icon.
Step 1: User Settings
Select “User Settings” by clicking on the “gear” like icon as shown below:
Step 2: Profile
Click on the “Profile” option in the menu and after that click on “Server Profile”:

Here, you will see the “Nickname Field”, change the nickname of your own choice:
